There is a unique magic that unfolds when women gather in community. No expectations, no judgments - just pure, unfiltered connection, embodied movement, and free-flowing expression.

Whether you are looking to ground your energy, release the stress of the week, or find your soul sisters here in Kelowna, this weekly circle is a safe space held just for you. These complimentary gatherings are designed to cultivate deep, authentic friendships and awaken our collective feminine energy as we lead up to the Aurea Goddess Festival this July.

What We Will Experience Together:

• Curated Soundscapes: Moving to an intentionally crafted mix of uplifting and grounding music.

• Somatic Stretching: Gentle movement to open up the body, release tension, and connect with your breath.

• Intuitive Dance: An invitation to move freely, express yourself, and let go.

• Heart-Centered Connection: Space for open conversation and building meaningful community.

• When: Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Where: Rotary Beach, Kelowna (Look for me with a JBL speaker playing music)

• Investment: Completely Free / Complimentary (Registration required)

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat or a large beach towel for stretching, plenty of water, and layers of comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely. Bring an open heart—and feel free to invite a friend who needs this medicine, too!
