These complimentary gatherings are designed to cultivate deep, authentic friendships and awaken our collective feminine energy as we lead up to the Aurea Goddess Festival this July.

Sagittarius Full Moon Floating Sauna Experience

You are warmly invited to an intimate evening of cosmic connection, somatic release, and deep restoration on the waters of Lake Kelowna.
This inaugural gathering is designed to help you tap into the fiery, truth-seeking energy of the Sagittarius moon -helping you shake off old narratives, release what no longer serves you, and step into your next chapter of personal freedom.
The Experience:
Rooftop Moon Circle & Altar: We will begin our journey gathered on the rooftop deck of the floating sauna around a beautiful crystal and candlelit altar.
Guided Release Journaling: You will be guided through targeted astrology themes and deep journal prompts to help you excavate your subconscious and write down exactly what you are ready to leave behind.
Fire & Ice Somatic Integration: We will transition into the floating sauna for hot/cold contrast therapy. As we alternate between the sweat of the sauna (fits 4 comfortably at a time) and refreshing plunges into the lake, you will physically wash away what you have mentally released, regulating your nervous system and locking in your intentions.
