We will gather at the beautiful Manteo at Eldorado resort on the shores of Lake Kelowna. This inaugural event is intentionally kept small and intimate (strictly capped at 8–10 spots) so we can deeply connect, integrate, and honor the transitions we are walking through.
The Journey
The Altar & Astrology: We will begin our journey on the beautiful rooftop deck of the floating sauna. Surrounded by candles, crystals, and flowers, we will connect with the fiery, truth-seeking themes of the Sagittarius Full Moon.
The Release Ritual: You will be guided through deep, targeted journal prompts to help you dig into your subconscious and write down exactly what you are ready to leave behind in this lunar cycle.
Fire & Ice Somatic Integration: We will transition into the floating sauna for contrast therapy. As we alternate between the heat of the sauna (comfortably fitting 4 at a time) and the refreshing, cold waters of the lake or cold plunge tank , you will physically wash away what you have mentally released, regulating your nervous system and anchoring your expansion.
